| 摘 要： | 目的：为了解不同查新机构的查新报告质量的差异和影响因素,以及存在的问题,总结科技查新的经验,提炼科技查新质量管理的研究方法。方法：由22家查新机构统一完成同一查新项目,采用查新、科研管理与相关领域专家判读的方法,对所完成的22份查新报告的质量要素和相关影响因素进行分析。结果：发现不同查新机构出具的查新报告中的各要素如资源选择、检索策略、结果列举、查新结论等均存在较大差异。结论：应提高科技查新咨询业务水平及其标准化程度。
