摘    要:玉米开花期是对干旱最为敏感的时期.此时受到水分胁迫会导致玉米授粉不良进而影响到产量.通过对454份玉米自交系连续两年的研究,在开花期受到水分胁迫后,玉米雌穗生长减缓,吐丝期延迟,ASI增大,结穗率和籽粒产量严重下降,其中ASI、结穗率与籽粒产量均呈极显著相关.因此,在干旱胁迫条件下对产量进行间接选择时,ASI和结穗率是可供利用的重要耐旱指示性状.ASI可作为抗旱玉米种质筛选的主要指标之一.

Abstract:The yield of maize was remarkably influenced by water stress at flowering period.The study of the inbreds strain of 454 portions of maize for two years revealed that fruit spike of maize grew slowly.When maize was stressed with water at flowering period,silking stage was delayed,ASI was amplified,spike rate and yield of seed were seriously deereased.Among then,spike rate and seed yield were in significant correlation.Therefore,when yield of maize was indirectly selected under the drought stress,ASI and spike rate could be used as an important index traits of drought resistance.ASI could be used as one of the main indexes of germplasm selection of drought resistant maize.
