铜尾矿库重金属元素的形态分布及生物有效性

摘    要:目的]研究德兴铜矿尾砂库周边农田土壤中重金属(Cd、Zn、Cu)的形态分布特征和生物有效性。方法]采用HCl提取和Tessier连续提取法研究了土壤中的重金属形态分布及生物有效性。结果]用0.1mol/LHCl提取重金法测得Cu、Zn和Cd含量分别为:3.55~131.80、7.25~44.10、0.06~0.38mg/kg,其平均值分别为40.25、13.22、0.19mg/kg。结论]Cu主要以有机结合态形式存在,Zn主要以残渣态形式存在,2者均处于相对稳定状态,而Cd则主要以可交换态形式存在,易发生迁移,对环境潜在影响较大。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the morphological distribution and bioavailability of heavy metals(Cu、Zn、Cd)in farmland around copper mine tailings.Method]The HCl extraction and Tessier successive extraction were used for researching the morphological distribution and bioavailability of heavy metals.Result]The contents of Cu、Zn and Cd were from 3.55 to 131.80 mg/kg,from 7.25 to 44.10 mg/kg and from 0.06 to 0.38 mg/kg.The average values were 40.25、13.22、0.19 mg/kg.Conlusion]The Cu mainly existed in the form of organic phase,Zn mainly existed in the form of residual,they were relatively stable.Cd was mainly in exchangeable form and easy to migration which had a potential impact for the environment.
