 戴云山羊是福建省优良的地方品种，由于近年来忽视了选育保种工作，群体数量逐渐减少，有濒临灭绝的危险。通过建立戴云山羊品种保护区，建立保种群和选育核心群，培育戴云山羊肉用新品系，加强高新技术在保种工作中的应用，组织开展商品肉羊生产，提高肉羊开发利用水平，树立戴云山黑羊品牌等措施进行戴云山羊的资源保护和开发利用。

Resource Protection and Utilization of Daiyunshan Goat

Daiyunshan goat is a superior local breed in Fujian province. Because of the neglect of the breeding and conservation in recent years, the population is shrinking and threatened with extinction. Therefore, feasible measures are badly needed to protect the species. These measures include establishing the conservation area of Daiyunshan goat, selecting breeding population and key breeding population, developing the new variety of Daiyunshan goat, utilizing high technology in breeding, organizing the mutton sheep production, improving the development and utilization of mutton sheep and establishing Daiyunshan black goat brand. Through these measures, it is expected to effectively protect Daiyunshan goat resources and guarantee the development and utilization of the species.
