碳汇林业投资行为的现状及对策探讨--以鄱阳湖生态经济区为例

随着经济社会的快速发展,二氧化碳的排放量越来越高,逐渐开始接近地球的承载极限。本文在全球气候变暖的背景下,结合鄱阳湖生态经济区的发展状况,探讨碳汇林业项目在环鄱阳湖地区开展的可行性。通过课题组调研,了解碳汇林业项目在该地区的现状以及发展障碍,结合国内碳汇市场和鄱阳湖地区实际情况提出相应对策。

The situation and countermeasures of the forestry carbon sequestration investment behavior---taking Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone as an example

With the rapid development of economy and society, the emission of carbon dioxide is getting higher and higher, and gradually approaching the limit of the earth's carrying capacity. Based on the background of global warming, combined with the development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, this paper discusses the feasibility of carbon sequestration forestry project in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. Through the research group, we find the status and developmental disorders of the forestry carbon sequestration projects in the region. Then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures combined with the domestic carbon markets and the actual situation in Poyang Lake.
