| 摘 要： | 饲料中粗蛋白质测定快速比色是利用含氮化合物被强酸消化转变为硫酸铵，与氢氧化钾反应生成氢氧化铵，再与纳氏试剂中的碘化钾昨盐形成棕黄色的磺化双汞铵，然后进行比色测定，该法与觊氏定氮法比较，结果基本一致。

| Abstract: | When the CP in feed is determined quickly by colorimetry, it bases on the formation of tawny atrimonium dihotossium iodide by reaction between patussium iodide and ammonium hydroxide which was formed by reaction between the hotossium hydroxide in Nessler's reageat and ammonium sulfate that strong acid transformed nitrogenous compound into. Colorimetry can be used in the delection of kjeldahl. |
