摘    要:以新疆主栽陆地棉品种为实验材料,通过花粉管通道法导入盐穗木耐盐相关基因HcNHX1和HcVP1.经过连续两代筛选繁育,结果显示:外源基因已经整合进棉花受体材料基因组中,并且在RNA水平有表达:外源基因对T1代棉花转基因植株生长影响很大,表现为生长势弱,植株矮小,株铃少,但T2代的棉花转基因植株在株高、果枝数和株铃等方面...

Abstract:By using pollen-tube pathway method, the salt-tolerance relevant genes, HcNHX1 and HcVP1 from Halostachys caspica were introduced into Xinjiang upland cotton cultivars. Through two years of successive cultivation and screening, the main results were as follows: PCR test preliminarily showed that the foreign genes have been successfully integrated into cotton genome, and expressed as evidenced by RT-PCR assay.
