基于逆向工程的汽车车身造型研究

摘    要:
以某款轿车车身造型设计为研究对象,通过激光扫描仪的非接触测量获取零件表面的云状数据,并利用Imageware软件对测量数据进行处理,且基于NURBS曲面重构理论进行车身造型表面重构,最终实现了车身零部件的曲面重构。与传统的车身造型设计方法相比,该方法提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。

Abstract:
The paper took the vehicle body modeling design as the research object,and the data cloud of body surface was obtained through a laser scanner.Then the survey data was carried into processing by using of the software imageware and into rebuilding the vehicle body modeling based on the curved surface theory of NURBS.Last,the modeling of this parts could be reconstructed.Compared with traditional method for design of automobile body,it has enhanced the working efficiency and reduced the development period of new product.
