摘 要: | 目的]建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定种药食同源品中铅的方法。方法]采用微波消解仪消解样品,利用顺序注射原子荧光光谱法测定6种市售药食同源品中的铅。结果]方法中仪器检出限为0.068μg/L,工作曲线相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为2.53%,回收率为92.74%101.26%。以国家标准物质茶叶作为质控样品,结果准确。结论]该方法能够快速准确地检测药食同源品中的铅。

Determination of Lead in Medicinal and Edible Goods by Microwave Digestion and Sequential Injection Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry |

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of lead in medicinal and edible goods by microwave digestion and sequential injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Method] The lead in six medicinal and edible goods was determined by microwave digestion,sequential injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Result] The instrument limit,correlation coefficient,RSD and recovery rate were 0.068 μg/L,0.999 8,2.53% and 92.74%-101.26%,respectively.Reference material tea was determined as control sample and the results were accurate.Conclusion] The method is fast and accurate for determination of lead in medicinal and edible goods. |
