摘    要:
[目的]研究水中大肠菌群对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。[方法]选用10家品种相同、日龄相近、基础饲粮相同、数量各3 000只的鸡场作为研究对象,饮用自来水的5家蛋鸡场为试验组,饮用自家井水的5家蛋鸡场为对照组。检测蛋鸡饮用水中大肠菌群的数量,分析水中大肠菌群对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。[结果]饮用自来水的试验组与饮用自家井水的对照组大肠菌群的数量差异极显著。对照组检测的水样与国家无公害食品畜禽饮用水总大肠菌群标准比较,不符合国家畜禽饮用水标准要求,超标准146倍;试验组产蛋率比对照组提高4.71%(P0.05),差异显著;试验组的料蛋比与对照组相比,降低7.83%(P0.05)差异显著;而试验组在腹泻率与药物费用支出与对照组相比分别降低72.32%(P0.01)和83.92%(P0.01)差异极显著。[结论]该研究可为蛋鸡生产提供参考。

Effect of Coliform Bacteria on Production Performance of Laying Hen
Abstract:
[Objective] Effect of coliform bacteria on the production performance of laying hen was studied.[Method] Taking 10 chicken farms as research object,their varieties and basic daily food were same,the daily age of laying hen was similar,and the number of each chicken farms was 3 000.Five chicken farms as the experimental groups used the tap water,and five chicken farms used their own well water as the control group.Number of coliform bacteria in drinking water was detected,and effect of coliform bacteria on the performance of laying hens was analyzed.[Result] Content of coliform bacteria difference of experimental group and control was very significant.Compared with the standard of the total coliform bacteria of the national pollution-free food and livestock and poultry drinking water,the samples tested in the control group did not meet the national standard for the drinking water of livestock and poultry,which was 146 times higher than the standard.The egg rate in the test group was 4.71% higher than the control group (P < 0.05),and the difference was significant.Compared with the control group,the feed-egg ratio of the experimental group was reduced by 7.83% (P < 0.05),and the difference was significant.Compared with the control group,the incidence of diarrhea and drug expenditure decreased by 72.32% (P < 0.01) and 83.92% (P < 0.01) respectively,and the difference was extremely significant.[Conclusion] The research can provide reference for the production of laying hen.
