斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的]考察斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸的制备工艺。方法]采用固体分散技术结合滴制技术制备斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸,以溶散时限、质量差异和外观质量为综合评价指标,对聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)与聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)比例、斑鸠菊提取物与基质比例、滴制温度和滴制速度进行考察,优选斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸的最佳成型工艺。结果]以PEG4000-PEG6000(3∶1)为基质,以20℃二甲基硅油-100为冷却剂,斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸的最佳成型工艺为:斑鸠菊提取物与基质比例为1∶7,滴制温度为80℃,滴速为20滴/min。结论]所选择的成型工艺可行,可为斑鸠菊固体分散体滴丸的工业化生产工艺。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to research the preparation technology for Vernonia esculenta dropping pills.Method] The solid dispersion drop pills of Vernonia esculenta were prepared by the solid dispersion technology combined with droplet technology.With the dissolution time limit,weight difference and appearance quality as the comprehensive evaluation index,the ratio of PEG4000-PEG6000 and extractmatrix,dropping temperature and speed were investigated,the preparation technology of solid dispersion dropping pills of Vernonia esculenta was optimized.Result] The condition for preparation of solid dispersion dropping pills of Vernonia esculenta were:the temperature of condensation medium(simethicone 100)of 20 ℃,PEG4000-PEG6000 (3∶1),extract-matrix (1∶7),dropping temperature 80 ℃,dropping speed 20 drops/min.Conclusion] The preparation technology for the solid dispersion dropping pills of Vernonia esculenta is simple and feasible,it can provide a reference for industrial production.
