蓄滞洪区洪水特性对地面沉降的响应研究

摘    要:随着累计地面沉降量的增加,蓄滞洪区内的洪水特性发生了一定程度的改变。以贾口洼蓄滞洪区为例,通过对其进行地面沉降分析,构建基于两种不同地面高程资料的二维水动力模型,对大清河百年一遇设计洪水进行演进模拟。通过比较地面沉降前后洪水演进过程、淹没水位和洪水淹没面积的差异,得出如下结论:在入流过程和蓄水量完全相同的情况下,地面沉降会引起贾口洼蓄滞洪区前期洪水演进速度变缓,淹没水位降低,最大淹没范围增大。该结论可为滞洪区的防洪减灾及大清河防洪调度提供决策依据和科学指导。

Study on the Reponses of Flood Characteristics to Land Subsidence of Detention Basin
Abstract:The flood characteristics of detention basin have been changed,with the increase of accumulative land subsidence. In this paper, basing on the analysis of land subsidence, a 2-D hydrodynamic model was constructed at the Jiakouwa Detention Basin using two different DEM datas. Then this model was used to simulate the flood routing processes under the scenario of 100-year design flood. The flood routing processes, inundated level, and inundated area before and after land subsidence were compared, the results show that land subsidence in Jiakouwa Detention Basin could slow down the flood routing process, decrease the inundated level, but increase the maximum inundated area under the same inflow. The conclusion can provide reference for flood control operation and disaster reduction in the Daqing River Basin.
