| 摘 要： | 鸡胚在E3（E3指胚胎发育到第3天）至E4前肠背胰芽的背系膜中出现一突起，即脾芽的间充质原基。E8脾呈椭圆形，位于胃芽左侧，在脾索内网状细胞的网眼间含有许多成血细胞和少量的成髓细胞。E10脾索中粒细胞胞质中含有球形和梭形颗粒，成淋巴细胞内含有明显的线粒体及内质网。E16脾实质内中央动脉分支明显，白髓和红髓相互交错。脾索及脾窦的单核细胞和淋巴细胞的胞质内含有天青颗粒。E18至E21脾的白髓与红髓间分界明显，椭球也开始出现。 |

| Abstract: | The mesenchymal rudiment of spleen bud appears during E 3 to E 4 as a bulge of the dorsal mesentery cappiny the dorsal pancreatic bud of the foregut.At E 8 the spleen locates on the left of the stomach bud and shows a elliptic body.The meshes of the riticular cells of the splenic cord contain many hemocytoblasts and a few myeloblasts.At E 10 the cytoplasm of granulocytes of the splenic cord contains many round or shuttle-shaped granules and the lymphocyteblasts contain obvious mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum.The central arteries within the parenchyma branch obviously at E 16 ,the white pulp and the red pulp interlace each other.There are azurophilic granules in the cytoplasm of monocytes and lymphocytes in the splenic cord and sinusoids.The boundary of the white pulp and the red pulp of the spleen is obviously seen from E 18 to E 21 and the ellipsoids begin also to present. |
