| 摘 要： | 基准地价评估是目前土地管理的一项重要的、经常性的工作。小城镇由于规模较小，土地利用效益较低，房地产市场不发育，基准地价评估较难。本文根据几个小城镇基准地价评估实践，提出一套实用的、简便的、可操作性强的小城镇基准地价评估方法。
