辐照对海南绿橙贮藏保鲜品质影响

摘    要:
研究了不同辐照剂量对海南绿橙贮藏期感官指标、还原糖、总酸和总抗坏血酸等营养成分含量的影响。结果表明,辐照处理对海南绿橙果实总抗坏血酸、对还原糖含量影响较小,对总酸含量影响较大,辐照剂量小于3 kGy对其感官指标基本上无影响。

Abstract:
Effects of the different irradiation dose on the storage period organic indicators of Hainan green orange,including reducing sugar,total acid and total ascorbic acid content are studied.The results show that the total ascorbic acid and reducing sugar content of Hainan green orange with irradiation treatment are no effect,but on the total acid content of great effect,irradiation dose less than 3 kGy has essentially no effect on the organic indicators.
