| 摘 要： | 食品质量管理学是高等院校食品相关专业开设的一门专业课程。为了培养符合社会需要的高素质创新人才,通过对食品质量管理学教学方法进行改革,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生实践能力和创新能力,有效地提高了教学效果。
