| 摘 要： | 通过浓度1μmol/L Cd2+处理绿豆幼苗,分别测定对照组和Cd处理组幼苗的净光合速率、株高、根长、根数、叶面积、鲜质量、干质量等指标来研究Cd胁迫下植物的生长发育。结果表明,Cd对植物的生长发育有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The concentration of 1 μmol/L Cd2+ is used in simulating heavy metal pollution in mung bean seedlings,the indexes such as seedling height,main root length,root length,the number of lateral roots,leaf area,fresh weight and dry weight are measured.The results show that cadmium has the significantly inhibitory effect on the growth and development of mung been seedlings. |
