元宝枫黄酮对肉鸡免疫机能的影响

摘    要:黄酮类化合物能提高饲料转化率,促进动物生长,提高畜禽机体免疫力,具有抗菌消炎、提高抗氧化应激能力和保健等作用。试验选用375只1日龄艾维茵肉仔公鸡,采用随机分组的方法分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复25只鸡,用于研究添加不同水平(0、5、102、0、40 mg/kg)的元宝枫黄酮对免疫机能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加适当剂量的元宝枫黄酮能够极显著提高胸腺指数(P<0.01)、法氏囊指数(P<0.01)及T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.01),但对脾脏的发育影响不大(P>0.05),对3周龄和5周龄血清新城疫抗体水平有显著影响(P<0.05)。这些结果表明,日粮中添加元宝枫黄酮可提高肉鸡的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。

Abstract:Flavonoids can improve the feed conversion rate,and it plays an important role in promoting animal growth,improving animal immunity,anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress capacity and improving the health and so on.In the present work,375 1-day-old AA male broilers were randomly divided into five treatment groups,and each group contained 3 repeats with 25 broilers in order to determine the effects of different levels of flavones from acer truncatum supplement(0,5 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,20 mg/kg,40 mg/kg) on the growth performance and immune function.The flavones could improve the thymus index,bursa of fabricius index and lymphocyte transformation rate(P<0.01);It had no obvious effect on spleen growth;and had significant effect on the antibody titers to newcastle disease virus in 3-week-old and 5-week-old broilers(P<0.05).The results showed that dietary flavones supplement could improve the function of cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
