| 摘 要： | 介绍了滚筒式制动力测试台和搓板式制动力测试台的工作原理 ,分析了它们在测试过程中存在的差异。认为搓板式制动力测试台结构简单 ,测试精度高 ,影响因素少。尽管搓板式制动测试台的高度会对轴重和制动力的测试结果产生影响 ,但误差小于或等于 2 % ,并可在编制测试软件时加以修正。实践表明 ,搓板式制动力测试台可用于拖拉机制动性能的检测 ,尤其在移动检测线上 ,适应性更好。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the working principles of a washboard type tester and a roller type one for measurement of braking force were introduced and their differences existed during the measurement were analyzed. The washboard type measuring tester had a simpler structure, higher measuring precision, and less influencing factors. Although the height of a washboard type tester may affect its measuring data of shaft weight and braking force, the error is less then 2%, and is able to be modified in the course of programming and measuring the software. The practical results show that the washboard type tester is applicable for tractor inspection and its adaptability is better especially for mobile tractor inspection. |
