猪口蹄疫与猪瘟猪肺疫双联苗同步免疫研究

 口蹄疫与猪瘟猪肺疫双联苗同步免疫与分步免疫对比试验。结果表明：同步免疫与先注射猪口蹄疫疫苗1月后再注射猪瘟、猪肺疫双联苗以及先注射猪瘟、猪肺疫双联苗1月后再注射猪口蹄疫疫苗3组注射反应率及免疫抗体效价差异不大,受试区随机抽查采集猪血清53头份进行抗体测定,猪口蹄疫免疫合格率为84.91%,猪瘟免疫合格率为84.9%,说明生猪一侧颈部深层肌肉注射猪口蹄疫O型灭活菌的同时另一侧可注射猪瘟、猪肺疫双联苗。

Trial of Simultaneously Vaccinating Pigs with Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccine and the Double Mixed Vaccine for Classic Swine Fever and Pasteurellosis suum

This trial tried to compare the result of simultaneously vaccinating pigs with foot and mouth disease vaccine(the FMD vaccine) and the double mixed vaccine for classic swine fever and Pasteurellosis suum(the mixed CSF and PS vaccine),with the result of respectively vaccinating pigs with the FMD vaccine and the mixed CSF and PS vaccine during a month.It was showed that the titrating antibody values and the immune responsive rates were almost same when pigs were injected at the same time with the FMD vaccine and the mixed CSF and PS vaccine,or when pigs were injected first with the FMD vaccine and then with the mixed CSF and PS vaccine one month later,or when pigs were injected first with the mixed CSF and PS vaccine and then with the FMD vaccine one month later.The blood specimen were sampled randomly from the experimental pig groups to test the antibody titration values.The result showed that FMD vaccine's immunized qualifying rate was 84.91%,and the mixed CSF and PS vaccine's immunized qualifying rate was 84.9%.The trial also demonstrated that while one side of the neck deep muscle is injected with O serum type FMD vaccine,the other side of the neck deep muscle could be injected with the mixed CSF and PS vaccine.
