大孔树脂对槐花总黄酮的吸附分离性能研究

摘    要:目的]筛选对槐花总黄酮具有较好吸附和解吸能力的大孔吸附树脂并确定其最佳吸附及脱附条件。方法]通过考察流速、温度和pH值等影响树脂吸附和脱附性能的因素,确定最佳的吸附和脱附条件。结果]D4020型非极性大孔吸附树脂对槐花总黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果。最佳吸附条件为:pH值4.5,温度为15℃,上样液浓度在0.55-0.85 mg/m l,流速为2.0 BV/h。脱附条件为:70%乙醇,pH值8.5,流速为3.0 BV/h。在此条件下洗脱D4020吸附树脂,3.0 BV脱附液就可把树脂吸附的90%以上的总黄酮解吸下来,脱附的总黄酮浓度较高,且可蒸馏回收洗脱剂,降低成本。结论]该研究为槐花总黄酮的吸附及脱附提供了科学依据。
