福建省微小牛蜱的生物学特性

摘    要:福州地区的微小牛蜱Boophilus microplus在牛体表终年均有寄生,以7、8、9、3个月为寄生高峰期。经人工饲养观察,每年发生4代。第一代需要63—88天,第二代42—56天,第三代44—62天,第四代90—152天。以第四代未吸血幼蜱或第三代未吸血幼蜱越冬。未吸血幼蜱最长能存活227天。雌蜱一生共产卵1589~4138粒(平均2986.3粒),产完卵后约0~14天死亡。饱血雄蜱一般存活不超过1个月。饱血雌蜱的体重与产卵量和产卵期呈相关Y(产卵量)=00.945,P<0.01;r(产卵期)=0.490,p<0.05]。

Abstract:During 1986-1987, Boophilus micro plus (Canestrini, 1887) was investigated in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. This tick parasited on cattle throughout the year. The peak period in number of tick was from July to September. There were 4 generations in a year under artificial feeding:63 to 88 days on the 1 st generation, 42 to 56 days on the 2nd generation, 44 to 62 days on the 3rd generation, and 90 to 152 days on the 4th generation. The tick overwinter as unfed larvae of the 4 th generation and the unfed larvae of the 3rd generation can also do so. There were 227 days for the maximal survival period of the unfed larvae and 1589 to 4138 eggs (average of 2986.3 eggs) could be laid by each female. The female survived from 0 to 14 days after completion of egg laying. The engorged male survived under a month. The weight of engorged female was significantly correlated with the total number of the egg laid (Y=0. 945, P<0.01; r=0.490, P<0.05 respectively)
