摘    要:试验研究了大豆肽、玉米肽和瘤胃液肽对培养液中瘤胃细菌蛋白产量的影响。结果表明:培养液中氨基氮含量越高,细菌生长速度越快,菌体蛋白氮产量显著增加(P<0 01或P<0 05)。培养初期(0~6h),细菌生长快,菌体蛋白氮产量也显著增加(P<0 01或P<0 05);培养后期(6~24h),细菌生长缓慢,菌体蛋白氮产量处于平稳期(P>0 05)。对于不同来源肽来说,瘤胃液肽和大豆肽对细菌生长的促进作用要明显好于玉米肽(P<0 05)。结果表明:瘤胃细菌生长需要肽营养,肽可能是细菌生长的限制性因素之一。

Abstract:Peptides from soy,corn and rumen fluid were incubated with rumen fluid in the culture and the effect of different peptides on ruminal bacterial protein yield was studied.The results showed that bacteria grew faster and bacteria protein yield increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05)with amino acid-N increasing in the culture.In the earlier stage of incubation period bacteria grew rapidly and bacterial protein yield increased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and in the later incubation period it generated slowly,and bacterial protein yield had no increasement(P>0.05).The stimulation of rumen liquid peptides and soybean peptides to bacteria growth seemed to be better than that of corn peptides(P<0.05).The conclusions suggested that the growth of bacteria need peptides and peptides uptake might be a limiting factor to growing bacteria.
