摘 要: | 花铃期缺水干旱引起棉纤维胞壁POD和可溶性胞质POD活性升高,而胞壁蛋白质含量和胞质蛋白质含量以及纤维细胞伸长生长的速度却明显降低。干旱条件下胞壁POD活性升高是纤维伸长生长受抑的主要原因之一。

Relationship between POD Activities of Cotton Fiber Cells and Fiber Elongation under Water Deficit |

Abstract: | As a result of water deficit during cotton boll forming period, the activities of both wall-bound protein and soluble protein, ad well as fiber elongation rate greatly decreased. It was concluded that the increase of wall-bound POD activities was one of the main causes of inhibition to fiber elongation. |
