摘    要:植物体内所含的蛋白质、酚类、单宁、色素及多糖等物质影响Tag酶的聚合效率,是使PCR 扩增反应失败的主要因素.本研究以壳斗科植物为材料,对CTAB法、SDS法提取的DNA 进行了比较研究,结果表明:CTAB法适合于壳斗科植物基因组DNA的提取,采用这种方法提取的DNA能很好的用于PCR扩增.

Abstract:High content of phenolic terpenoids,tannin,pigments,polysaccharide,etc.usually affect the activity of Tag and lead to PCR reaction failed.Plant material of Cupuliferae were used for compared of genome DNA isolation procedure.CTAB and SDS methods were used for genome DNA isolation.The results showed that CTAB procedure was suitable for Cupuliferae genome DNA extraction and the DNA can be used for PCR.
