| Abstract: | Three quarters population lives in rural China.The condition of the countryside determined nation development and social stability.To change the lagged situation of the countryside currently,government put forward the important history mission of constructing socialist new countryside,which was important deployment of decision and overall positions of policy to resolve countryside-farmer-agriculture problems in the new century and new stage.Overall planning the urban and rural economy social development was an important strategy which should be adopted by government to construct new socialist countryside. |
