牦牛LHB基因的分子克隆与序列分析

摘    要:
采用PCR法成功克隆出牦牛LHB基因的序列,在NCBI上的登录号为DQ508150。牦牛LHB基因的cds长426bp,编码141个氨基酸的产物。同源性分析,多个物种间LHB基因编码区的序列相似性在80%以上。通过牦牛与奶牛在LH的氨基酸序列上的比对发现,存在三处残基的差异,精氨酸-谷氨酰胺、甲硫氨酸-缬氨酸、苏氨酸-丙氨酸。

Abstract:
The sequence of LHB gene in yak was cloned successfully by PCR method. The access number of this sequence in NCBI was DQ508150. The eels of LHB gene in yak was 426 bp long, coding a product with 141 amino acids. With analysis of homology, the similar degree of the eds of LHB gene among several species was more than 80 percent. With alignment of the amino acid sequences of LH β subunit between yak and cow, the difference of three amino acid residues was found, that is, Arg-Gln, Met-Val, Thr-Ala.
