空气悬架车辆道路友好性分析

摘    要:以1/4钢板弹簧悬架车辆和空气悬架车辆模型为仿真对象,建立模拟运动微分方程,模拟C级路面为随机输入,对模型进行了计算机仿真。研究结果表明:空气悬架车辆的车轮动载荷大大降低,其道路友好性能明显优于钢板弹簧悬架车辆,可以延长公路的使用寿命方面,节约大量的道路维护费用。

Abstract:With the quarter model of vehicle with band spring suspension and with air suspension as the simulation object,kinetic differential equation was created and simulation was carried out with the simulated C-classed road profile as the random input.It was shown by the results that dynamic load of vehicle is lower,and that the road friendliness of vehicle with air spring is better than band spring suspension.Service life of road is prolonged and a lot of maintenance charge of road is saved,when vehicles with air suspension are used.
