摘    要:采用植物组织培养和叠氮化钠(NaN3)诱变方法,对2种苜蓿愈伤组织进行诱变和NaC1、PEG、混合胁迫处理,测定NaN3诱变对苜蓿愈伤组织5项生理指标的变化.结果表明:随着NaN3诱变和胁迫处理浓度的增加,苜蓿愈伤组织的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量均呈上升的趋势,电导率和丙二醛含量呈下降的趋势,NaN3诱变+混合胁迫处理可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量积累最多,电导率和丙二醛含量最少.

Abstract:Experiment the method of plant tissue culture and NaN3 mutagenesis were adopted to induced and treated with hybrid stress of NaC1 and PEG the two kinds of alfalfa callus,Alfalfa callus five changes of physiological indexes were determined under NaN3 mutagenesis.The results showed that with the increase of ultraviolet mutagenesis and stress alfalfa,callus of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline content present a rise of change trend,conductivity and malondialdehyde content showed a downward trend.NaN3 mutagenesis+hybrid stress dealing with soluble sugar,accumulation of soluble protein and proline was most,conductivity and malondialdehyde content was least.
