17份苜蓿品种种子萌发特性研究

以17个不同苜蓿品种为试验材料,对苜蓿种子千粒重、发芽率、萌发10d后的根长、苗长、根鲜重、苗鲜重进行测定,计算得出根长/苗长和根鲜重/苗鲜重的比值,并对其主要萌发特性进行了相关性及隶属函数分析.结果表明,不同苜蓿品种的萌发特性存在明显差异,其中巨能2号的发芽率最高,根长最长;中苜3号苗长和苗鲜重优势突出;巨能418 Q的根长/苗长比值最高;在根鲜重及根鲜重/苗鲜重中,巨能CR表现最高.萌发期性状相关性分析表明,发芽率与根长、根长/苗长板显著正相关,与千粒重及根鲜重/苗鲜重呈显著正相关,与其他性状相关性不显著.通过隶属函数平均值对不同品种苜蓿进行排序并综合评价,结果显示:巨能CR＞巨能2号＞巨能7号＞巨能418 Q＞巨能551＞中苜蓿1号＞肇东＞中苜3号＞巨能601＞.巨能耐盐＞斯贝得＞巨能耐湿＞金皇后＞准格尔＞公农1号＞皇冠＞驯鹿.研究结果将为这17个苜蓿品种的相关研究及推广应用提供一定的依据.

Study on the Germination Characteristics of 17 Alfalfa Varieties

17 alfalfa varieties were chosen to investigate their seed germination characteristics.We measured the germination percent,thousand seed weight,root length,shoot length,root fresh weight and shoot fresh weight,and calculated the root/shoot length and root/shoot fresh weight,and analyzed the correlation and subordinate function.The main results showed that the 17 alfalfa seed germination characteristics were varied.The germination percent and root length of Juneng No.2 was highest;Zhongmu No.3 had the longest shoot length;and the root length/shoot length of J uneng 418 Q was highest.In root weight and root weight/shoot weight,the J uneng CR was excellent;Zhongmu No.3 preformed well in shoot weight.The correlation analysis of different germination traits showed that there was very significant correlation between seed germination with root length and root length/shoot length;the seed germination was significantly correlated with thousand seed weight and root weight/shoot weight.The subordinate function analysis of eight parameters indicated,the order from high to low was:Juneng CR＞Jumeng No.2＞Juneng No.7＞Juneng 418 Q＞Juneng 551＞Zhongmu No.1＞Zhaodong＞Zhongmu No.3＞Juneng 601＞Juneng Salt＞Sibeide＞Juneng Moisture＞God Empress ＞Jungar＞Gongnong No.1 ＞Crown＞Caribou.
