氯化钠对含羞草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的氯化钠溶液处理含羞草种子,结果表明,不同浓度的氯化钠对含羞草种子萌发的影响不同,当氯化钠浓度低于0.04 mol/L时,对含羞草种子萌发的影响较小;当氯化钠浓度高于0.04 mol/L时,对含羞草种子的萌发存在着明显的抑制作用,且抑制程度随着氯化钠浓度的提高而增强。

Abstract:The seed of Minosa pudica L.was treated with different concentration of NaCl.The results showed that when the concentration was less than 0.04 mol/L,it had a little effect to the seed germination and growth.There was obvious inhibition to the seed germination and growth of Mimosa pudica when the NaCl concentration was more than 0.04 mol/L,and its inhibition increased as the increasing of concentration.With the increasing concentration of NaCl,the growth of the bud,root and seedlings was restrained obviously...
