促进地市级农业科研院所协同创新的思考与建议——以丹东农业科学院为例

文章简述了丹东农业科学院协同创新的现状,结合其开展协同创新工作的实践,归纳出地市级农业科研院所协同创新中普遍存在的缺乏有效管理、缺乏科研项目支撑、协同创新空乏化、协同创新成果转化缺乏政策支持等主要问题,针对这些问题提出了解决对策,并提出了利用创新联盟平台增强交流聚合力、积极争取项目支持、强化区域联合、增强服务能力等促进地市级农业科研院所协同创新的建议,以期推动地市级农业科研院所科研事业跨越发展。

Thinking and Suggestions on Promoting Collaborative Innovation of Prefectural Agricultural Research Institute,a Case Study of Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences

Current situation of collaborative innovation in Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences was expounded in the paper.Combined with practice of collaborative innovation,main problems in this area of prefectural academy of agricultural sciences were summarized,that is,lack of management,lack of project support,lack of innovation,and lack of policy support for transformation of collaborative innovation achievements.Furthermore,the corresponding solutions were discussed,and some suggestions put forward,such as using innovative alliance platform to enhance exchange and polymerization,actively win project application,strengthen regional integration and enhance service ability,so as to promote the development of prefectural agricultural research institutions.
