全球智慧农业发展对我国“十四五”学科布局的启示

随着云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能、移动互联、区块链等现代信息技术与农业深度融合,智慧农业作为一种全新的农业生产方式,已然是现代农业发展的新业态和未来农业发展的必然方向。文章从政策环境、科技创新态势等方面对全球及国内智慧农业发展现状进行了深入分析,剖析了我国智慧农业科技创新研究的优劣势,阐述了"十四五"我国智慧农业学科发展的战略目标与重点任务,并从加强组织领导、打造创新联盟、重视标准规范等方面提出了加强我国智慧农业学科建设的对策建议。

Enlightenment of Global Smart Agriculture Development on the Discipline Arrangement during the "14th Five-Year Plan" Period in China

With the deep integration of cloud computing,Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,block chain and other modern information technologies with agriculture,smart agriculture has become a new mode of agricultural production,a new format of modern agricultural development and an inevitable direction of future agricultural development.The global and domestic development of smart agriculture was analyzed from the aspects of policy environment,scientific and technological innovation situation.The advantages and disadvantages of the research on the scientific and technological innovation of smart agriculture in China were pointed out.The strategic objectives and key tasks of the development of China′s smart agriculture discipline during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period were elaborated,and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions put forward to strengthen the construction of smart agriculture discipline in China from some aspects:strengthening organizational leadership,building innovation alliance,attaching importance to standards and norms,etc.
