| 摘 要： | 海河流域在全国七大水系中属资源性缺水河流，常年的供水不足造成该地区水资源总量下降。而该地区又是农业和工业相对发达的地区，对水资源的需求量非常大。海河流域的供用水现状及开发利用问题分析结果表明，其开发利用率大大超过了合理上限。为此，有必要采取措施对对海河水资源、水生生态进行保护和优化配置。

| Abstract: | The Haihe River is a river short ofresources in the seven river systems of the nation. The inadequate water supply each year causes the amount of water resources to decline. However, the agricultural and industry is more developed in this area, the requirement of amount for water resources. The current situation of water supply and the problems of water resources exploitation are analyzed and the suggestion for the water resources exploition and management are proposed. |
