摘    要:为了全面准确地评价氟硅唑及其制剂在苹果园中使用后的生态环境安全性,指导氟硅唑及其制剂的科学合理使用,确保农产品质量安全。该文用液相色谱配紫外检测器,通过田间试验研究氟硅唑在苹果和土壤中最终残留。按常规用药剂量和高剂量施于苹果后,氟硅唑最终残留量表现为:土壤>苹果。按混剂用药剂量氟硅唑为100、150g(a.i.)/hm2在苹果生长期施药,施药7~8次,施药间隔12d安全间隔期30d收获时氟硅唑在土壤、苹果中的残留量均<0.20mg/kg。

Study on Residue and Behavior of Fusilazole in Apple and Soil

Abstract:In order to comprehensively assess the ecological environment safety of fusilazole after it was applied in apple gar- den, to guide fusilazole and its preparations could be used scientifically and reasonably, to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. The residue a - Residues of fusilazole in apple and soil were determined by liquid chromatography with UV detector. The results showed that the final residues of fusilazole were as in soil 〉 apple . The final residues were all less than O. 20mg/kg in soil and apple with the application dosage of 100 - 150g( a. i. )/hm2, 7,8 times during the growth period while the interval time were 12d. It was recommended that the safety interval should be 30d.
