| 摘 要： | 图书馆主动服务，充分利用馆藏，拓宽服务范围以及服务手段现代化等是其读者工作的发展趋势。通过分析读者群借阅需求，提出读者工作改革要在重视传统一般性服务的基础上，将服务重心向参考服务转移，要积极开展“读书节”、“评选优秀读者”、“双休日特色服务”、“举办科技成果展览”、“书籍银行制”等各种形式和方式的读者服务工作。
