摘    要:本文从陕、晋、蒙三角地带自然条件出发,论述了本区易于土地沙漠化的动力条件与物质基础并预测了该区在发展能源及重化工基地建设的同时,导致土地沙漠化的可能及其强度,指出了避免沙漠化及其治理的有效措施。


ON THE DESERTIFICATION IN DEVELOPING COAL MINING BASE IN THE TRI-BORDER REGION AMONG NORTH SHAANXI PROVINCE,NORTH WEST SHANXI PROVINCE AND SOUTH INNER MONGOLIA
Abstract:The coal mining base region among north shaanxi Province, north westshanxi Province and south Inner Mongolia Autonomas Region lies in stepperegion, and the border terrain of the denudational sandy windy Ordos plateauand loess plateau.As it is dry, with rare and great variability of precipitation,and the position is down the wind of three gaps, with powerful and frequentwind blowing, riched and widly spreaded eolian sand deposits, alluvialand lake deposits with sandy lcess etc. arted alternately by wind andwater, not only do the sand-wind landforms and alluvial landforms crisscrosswidely, but also they are fevourable to desertification and speed up the de-velopment of the land desertification. Statistics shows that there are 1032.67km~2 desertified land which are 26.6 per cent of the total land area of theregion, and 17.6 per cent of the desertified land are intensive. The deserti-fication influence the local economic development, eco-environment and thedeposit of the Yellow river seriously. The mining of the coal resource will react the environment too. It isestimated that 13399.37 km~2 of new desertification land which are 33.47 percent of the total area of the region will occour; the quantity of additiondeposites of the Yellow river will be 4977 tons per year due to the mining ofthe 1st, the 2nd term projects in Shenmufugu Dongsheng coal field and the1st term project in Zhuenger by 1992.
