摘    要:以大型灌区都江堰为例,探讨了水资源系统开发利用程度的综合评价方法,并将模糊物元理论应用于该研究,建立了水资源开发利用程度综合评价模型,应用熵值法来确定权重系数,避免了权重系数确定的主观性。结果表明,该方法的评价结果与各灌区水资源的利用现状基本吻合。同时该方法简单、易懂,更适合于有标准的系统质量评价。

Abstract:Taking the Dujiangyan as an example,we discussed the method of comprehensive evaluation of development and utilization of the water resources.Fuzzy matter-element method was used to sets up a evaluating water resources development based on coefficient of entropy.The using of the law of entropy value to calculate coefficient of weight has avoided the problem of calculating coefficient of weight subjectively and created a new method of evaluating water resources development.The outcome form concrete application indicates that it is suitable to actual situation,and the method is simple,understandable,more suitable for the standard of quality evaluation system.
