吉林省畜禽养殖粪污中抗生素残留及应对措施

近年来,随着畜禽养殖业的规模化发展,畜禽粪便中残留的抗生素给生态环境和人类健康带来巨大的潜在危害。文章分析了吉林省畜禽养殖过程中兽用抗生素的残留量,同时探讨提出降低及去除畜禽养殖过程中的抗生素的方法与途径,为控制抗生素污染提供一定的理论依据。

Antibiotic Residue in Livestock and Poultry Manure and Its Countermeasures in Jilin Province

in recent years,with the development of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding,the antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry manure bring great potential harm to the ecological environment and human health.In this paper,the residues of veterinary antibiotics in livestock and poultry breeding in Jilin province were analyzed,and the ways of reducing and removing antibiotics were discussed,which provided theoretical basis for controlling antibiotic pollution.
