柑橘渣和茶渣共发酵产甲烷及动力学特性

摘    要:文章针对四川省农产品加工业中产生的柑橘渣和茶渣再利用效率低的问题,采用批次厌氧发酵工艺,在中温(37℃±1℃)条件下,研究了基于挥发性固体不同混合比(10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7和0∶10)的产甲烷过程,通过分析产甲烷效率和物料分解效率,比较了不同混合比物料的产甲烷特性;采用Modified Gompertz模型分析了产甲烷动力学,以期为两种有机固体废弃物的高效化产甲烷提供可靠的工艺参数。结果表明,单一的柑橘渣和茶渣均能正常产甲烷,但混合物料能产生显著的协同效应,甲烷产量和底物分解效率均显著高于单一物料;当柑橘渣和茶渣混合比例为5∶5时,物料的总固体分解率、挥发性固体分解率、原料甲烷产率和容积甲烷产率均最高,分别为58.81%,75.29%,143 mL·g^-1VSadded和0.48 L·L^-1d^-1。根据动力学分析结果,延滞期(λ)随茶渣添加量的增加而延长,具有较高甲烷产量的混合比物料(5∶5)的水力停留时间为7 d。

Abstract:Due to the low reuse efficiency of citrus peel and tea residue in agricultural products processing industry in Sichuan province,a batch anaerobic fermentation process was used in this paper to study anaerobic co-digestion of citrus peel and tea residue with different VS mixing ratios(10∶0,7∶3,5∶5,3∶7 and 0∶10)at mesophilic temperature of 37℃±1℃.The methane-producing characteristics of different VS mixing ratios were compared by analyzing the methane production efficiency and material decomposition efficiency.The Modified Gompertz model was used to analyze the methanogenic dynamics.The results showed that sole citrus peel or tea residue could produce methane normally,but the mixed materials could produce significant synergistic effect,the methane yield and substrate decomposition efficiency were significantly higher than that of sole material.When the VS mixing ratio of citrus peel and tea residue was 5∶5,the TS decomposition rate,VS decomposition rate,raw material methane production rate and volumetric methane production rate were the highest,which were 58.81%,75.29%,143 mL·g^-1VSadded and 0.48 L·L^-1d^-1,respectively.According to the results of kinetic analysis,the delay period(λ)prolonged with the increase of tea residue addition,and the hydraulic retention time of higher production material mixing ratio(5∶5)was 7 d.
