玉米萌发期耐冷性鉴定研究

摘    要:以20份玉米自交系为试验材料进行玉米萌发期耐冷性鉴定研究,初步获得了耐冷性相关的13个性状的表型值,通过主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析等方法对20份玉米材料进行耐冷性综合评价。结果表明:13个单项指标被转换成为3个相互独立的综合指标;根据材料的综合耐冷性通过聚类分析将20份玉米自交系划分为4类,其中玉米自交系J 8耐冷性较强,单独分为一类,第二类为耐冷性中等的材料,共4份,第三类为耐冷性一般的材料,共11份,第四类为耐冷性较弱的材料,共4份。

Abstract:In this study,the cold tolerance of 20 maize inbred lines was identified during germination of maize plants,and the phenotypic values of 13 traits related to cold tolerance were preliminarily obtained and the comprehensive evaluation of cold tolerance of 20 maize germplasms were also made based on the results of principal component analysis(PCA),subordinate function analysis(SFA)and cluster analysis(CA).The results showed that the 13 single indicators were converted into 3 independent comprehensive indicators.These maize inbred lines were divided into four groups according to CA of cold tolerance,and among of them,the line J 8 clustered into a group with a stronger cold-tolerance,while the moderately cold-resistant materials contained 4 inbred lines.Additionally,the third group included 11 maize inbred lines with the characteristics of general cold resistance,and the fourth group contained 4 weakly cold resistant inbred lines.
