规模化养猪场粪污处理工艺优化及运行效果

摘    要:为实现规模养殖场粪便污水处理达到资源化利用及达标排放的目的,文章以福建省永润农业发展有限公司为例,在针对其粪污采用“厌氧发酵CSTR+红泥塑料沼气池+污水深度处理A/O+沼气发电”能源环保型处理工程工艺所存在的处理后废水未能达标排放的问题进行原因剖析的基础上,笔者通过新增改造格栅、集水调节池、固液分离+粪渣钢棚、消毒排水槽、污泥浓缩池、溶气气浮机钢棚等原粪污处理工程构筑物,把原工程工艺优化改进为“干清粪处理粪污降低进水负荷+集水调节池+固液分离+CSTR厌氧发酵罐+溶气气浮1+A/O+BBAF+溶气气浮2+消毒”环保能源型的处理工程工艺;同时,对优化后的工程工艺运行效果进行监测。结果表明:工程工艺的优化改造可充分利用原有设施减少投资;优化后工程工艺运行效果良好,最终排出的废水符合GB18596-2001《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》排放标准及GB5084-2005《农田灌溉水质标准》“旱作”标准,实现了规模化生猪养殖场粪污的资源化利用及达标排放。规模化生猪养殖场原粪污能源环保型处理工程工艺,通过优化改造为环保能源型的处理工程工艺,可充分利用原有设施减少投资,有效地解决了规模化生猪养殖场污染的治理问题。

Abstract:In order to achieve the purpose of resource utilization and standard discharge for pig manure sewage treatment,in this paper,a scaled pig farm of Fujian Yongrun Agricultural Development Co,Ltd.was taking as an example,it adopted a process system of"anaerobic fermentation CSTR+red mud plastic biogas digester+advanced sewage treatment using A/O+biogas power generation",but failed to meet the discharge standards after treatment.The author analyzed the causes of failing the emission standards,optimized the original engineering process by adding new constructions such as grille,water collection adjustment tank,solid-liquid separation,dung steel shed,disinfection drainage tank,sludge concentration tank,dissolved air floatation machine steel shed,etc.In this way,the original engineering process was improved to"dry collecting manure reducing influent load+water collection tank+solid-liquid separation+CSTR anaerobic fermentation tank+dissolved air floatation 1+A/O+BBAF+dissolved air floatation 2+disinfection".The optimized process operation effect was monitored.The results showed that the optimized system could make full use of the original facilities to reduce investment.After the optimization,the system ran well,and the final discharged effluent met the"Pollution Emission Standard for Livestock and Poultry Industry"(GB18596-2001)and"Farmland Irrigation Water Quality Standards-Dry Farming”(GB5084-2005).The resource utilization and standard discharge of manure from large-scale pig farms was realized.
