穿山龙栽培技术及组培育种研究

摘    要:通过对穿山龙的引种试验、栽培技术研究、种子发芽处理和组培育种研究,旨在促进其产业化开发。由榆社野生种组培育成的穿龙1号为优良品种。栽培过程中,可一次施足底肥(农家肥中的羊粪或鸡粪);种植密度约为90 000株/hm2;塑料薄膜覆盖提高出苗率;搭架供其缠绕生长;生长期为3年。可采用种子在-20~-15℃下冰冻处理30 d,或用55~60℃的温水浸泡种子4 h,再在-20~-15℃下冰冻处理10 d,以打破休眠。

Abstract:Through Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae' s introduction experiment, the cultural technique, seed germinates processing and the tissue culture was conducted to promote it' s industrial production development. Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae 1 through tissue culture of Yushe wild species is a fine variety. In cultivation, necessary technique is listed as the fol- lowing:sufficient base fertilizer (sheep excrement or chicken excrement in farm manure) application; planting density of 90 000 plants/hm2 ; plastic film mulching to improve emergence rate, rack setting for twining growth; The growth period is 3 years. The seeds is freezed for 30 d in -20 - - 15℃, or soakd for 4 h in 55 - 60℃ warm water, freezed once again for 10 d in - 20 ~ - 15 ℃ to break seeds dormancy.
