胸导管病变在肉鸡腹水症发生中的作用及机理探讨

对患用腹水症的肉用仔鸡胸导管进行了形态学研究，结果显示：腹水症的肉鸡腹导管均发生有管壁变薄，管腔内充满淋巴液，部分区段极度扩张，淋巴液外渗等病理改变；病变持续、胸导管管壁增厚。由此可以认为胸导管扩张导致淋巴循环动力学改变进而影响静脉循环系统是导致肉鸡发生腹水症的重要因素之一。

STUDY ON THE ROLE OF PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF THORACIC DUCTS ON OCURRENCE AND PATHOGENESIS OF BROIDER CIHCKEN ASCITE SYNDROME

In the present paper, to study pathological changes of thoracic ducts of broider chickens infected by ascite syndrome. The results showed that the walls of thoracic ducts of affected chickens became thinner, the ducts were filled with lymph. Some parts of the thoracic ducts were greatly dilated and lymph escaped from it; The long time pathological changes can lead to fibromuscular hyperplasia of the walls of thoracic ducts.The authors suggest that the dilation of thoracic duct results in dynamic changes of lymphatic circulation and the veinons circulation and that is one of the imporatant factors which induce broider chicken ascite syndrome
