| 摘 要： | 食品质量是决定人类生存质量最重要的因素之一,而农药残留污染又是制约食品营养与安全的主要因素之一。笔者讨论了中国现阶段食品中的农药残留现状,并对常用的农残检测技术作了简单论述。
