果树资源遗传多样性研究进展

摘    要:遗传多样性研究对于维护物种稳定、有效保护和开发利用物种资源具有重要意义。本文从表型水平、染色体水平、等位酶水平、DNA水平介绍了果树资源多样性的研究现状,分析了不同研究方法的优缺点,指出只有将各种方法综合运用,才能更为全面科学地了解和掌握果树资源的遗传多样性。

Abstract:It is important to study genetic diversity for keeping species stabilization,effective protection,development and utilization.The research progress on genetic diversity of fruit trees was introduced at phenotype,chromosome,allozyme and DNA levels,whose advantages and disadvantages were also discussed.It indicated that only using these methods integratedly,we could comprehensively and scientificly understand and master the genetic diversity of fruit germplasms.
