摘    要:以新鲜双孢菇为主要原料,并配以各种辅料加工制得风味独特,营养丰富的即食性软包装调味制品,本文主要对双孢菇软包装调味产品的加工工艺进行了研究,同时对产品质量进行了评价,建立了危害分析关键控制点,为工业生产本产品质量的监控进行了有益的探讨。

Abstract:The Agaricus bisporus as majority with auxiliary material was processed to seasoning product with unique special flavor and nutrisment.The paper mainly studies the processing technics and the quality of product was evaluated at the same time.Application of HACCP on product in soft package of Agaricus bisporus was set up,whih benefit the product to industrial production.
