GR24和IAA及互作对甜瓜胚根和不定根生长的影响

摘    要:为探求促进甜瓜根系生长的有效方法,以种子和幼苗为试材,研究独脚金内酯人工合成类似物(GR24)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)及互作对胚根和不定根生长的影响。结果表明,在0.1~5  mg·L-1 GR24和  0.01~10 mg·L-1IAA单一或互作处理下,胚根生长呈先升高后降低趋势,以1  mg·L-1 GR24+0.1  mg·L-1 IAA处理效果显著,根长、根数和体积分别为对照的4.32、4.47和4.44倍;胚轴不定根生长在  0.01~1 mg·L-1GR24和75~500  mg·L-1 IAA单一或互作处理下也呈先升高后降低趋势,以0.1  mg·L-1 GR24+250  mg·L-1 IAA处理的根数、表面积和体积提高幅度最大,分别为对照的2.34、3.97和10.27倍。方差分析表明,GR24和IAA对根系生长均有显著促进作用,且互作效应明显。证明GR24和IAA影响胚根和不定根生长,且存在明显互作和累积效应,但胚根和不定根适宜质量浓度存在差异,结果为瓜类蔬菜根系生长调控提供理论依据和技术支撑。

Effects of GR24 and IAA and Its Interaction on Growth of Melon Radicle and Adventitious Roots
Abstract:To explore an effective method for improving the root growth of melon seeds and seedlings, the dynamic changes of radicle and adventitious roots under the treatment of single or interaction of synthesized strigolactone (GR24) and indoleacetic acid (IAA) were investigated. The results showed that the growth of radicle showed a parabolic trend under the single or interactive treatment of GR24 at 0.1-5 mg·L-1 and IAA at 0.01-10 mg·L-1. The effect of treatment 1 mg·L-1 GR24+0.1 mg·L-1 IAA was the most significant, which manifested that the length, number and volume of radicle were 4.32, 4.47 and 4.44 times compared with control, respectively. The growth of adventitious roots of hypocotyls under the single or interactive treatment of GR24 at 0.01-1 mg·L-1 and IAA at 75-500 mg·L-1 also showed a trend of increase at first and then decline; and the length, number, surface area and volume of the adventitious roots of hypocotyls treated with 0.1 mg·L-1 GR24+250 mg·L-1 IAA were the highest, which were 2.24, 2.34, 3.97 and 10.27 times of the control, respectively. Variance analysis showed that GR24 and IAA had significant promoting effects on the growth of melon radicle and adventitious roots, and there was significant interaction effect. It concluded that GR24 and IAA have effect on the growth of melon radicle and adventitious root, which have obvious interaction and concentration accumulation, but the optimal treatment concentration for radicle and adventitious root is different. This results provide theoretical basis and cultural practices for regulating the growth of cucurbits roots.
