威信县竹产业规划及可持续发展研究

在分析威信县竹产业发展现状和优势条件的基础上,针对天然竹林比重大、开发利用程度低,交通运输条件差、笋竹生产成本高,加工落后增值少、竹产业化水平低,科技意识待提高、管理技术水平差,产业投入需求大,激励机制不完善等一系列问题,研究提出了科学规划合理布局、注重竹苗基地建设、加大竹资源培育力度、健全产业化经营组织、强化科技支撑体系建设等一系列可持续发展对策。

A Study of Planning and Sustainable Development of Bamboo Industry in Weixin County

The paper analyzed the development status and advantageous condition of bamboo industry in Weixin County, and pinned down an array of problems, including high proportion of natural bamboo, low utilization ratio, poor transportation conditions, high cost for bamboo shoot production, less valueadded products, low processing level; low level of bamboo industrialization, poor management technology, large demand for inputs, and inadequate incentives mechanism. Suggestions were proposed for sustainable development, including scientific planning and reasonable layout, focusing on the construction of the bamboo seedling bases, increasing the intensity of bamboo resources cultivation, building a sound industrial management organization, strengthening technology support system, etc.
