| 摘 要： | 地表水是重要的生产与生活用水,也是大气圈水分的主要来源,地表水污染严重地影响了地表水的使用价值。分析了地表受污染的现状及其原因与特征,地表水污染与地下水污染明显不同,具有显明性、易扩散和难逆转性。并提出地表水污染的防治措施。 |

| Abstract: | The surface water is the important production and domestic water consumption, also is the main source of aerosphere moisture content, and the surface water pollution seriously affected the surface water use. The authors analyzed the present situation, pollution reason, and characteristic of surface pollution. The surface water pollution is obviously different from the underground water pollution, it is clear, easy to proliferate and difficult to reverse. And the preventing and controlling measure for surface water pollution is put forward. |
